◆Write to us

Billing covers plans, invoices and payment. Platform covers anything in the app itself. The Method covers the practice and what it asks of you.
So we can reply. We use it for that and nothing else.
Please do not include a client’s name, address or any other detail that would identify them. Nothing on this page needs it, and a contact form is the wrong place for it.

◆What happens to what you write

Your message and the address you give are sent to our support inbox and kept as a record that you wrote to us, so that a message we fail to answer can be found rather than lost. They are not added to any mailing list, not passed to anyone outside Caveris, and not used to build a profile of you.

If you are already a Caveris user, this form is not connected to your account and nothing you write here changes anything in it. For something that touches your own records — an export, a correction, a deletion — sign in and use the Billing screen, or say so here and we will tell you where to go.
