The Platform holds both halves of a professional’s work: their business, and the conversations that build it. Professionals keep it current, their coaches oversee it, and leadership sees where it is heading.
◆For the professional
A professional enters their own clients, agreements and contracts, and logs their daily activity against the goals their coach sets. Entering it the same day earns points. Points show the professional’s progress, and the leaderboard shows how they compare with others.
The Method is part of the same day: lessons, practice as often as they want, and feedback on their real conversations. The professional receives a Reflection when a conversation has ended, and an Orientation while it is still going. Their dashboard always shows the next step. See how the Platform runs the Method.
A professional can also use the Method on their own, with no organization. If they join one later, their work comes with them. See the plans.
◆For the coach or mentor
A coach works from one roster. The coach sets each professional’s weekly goals, follows their activity against those goals, and can open any of their pipelines. The coach sees their professionals’ Reflections and the pattern across them, so coaching starts from what happened in real conversations. The coach can add their own lessons and classes, and keeps a private coaching log for each professional, which goes with that professional if they change coach.
◆For leadership
Leadership sees what is coming, not only what closed: projected income from signed agreements, what is under contract, what closed and what was lost, by coach, office and period. It stays current because professionals enter it as they work, their coaches oversee it, and the leaderboard gives everyone a reason to keep it up to date. Reports download as a PDF or a CSV file.
The screens carry your organization’s name, logo and its own words for each role. Each staff member sees only the areas their job needs.
◆One Method, an edition for each profession
The work of reading the room is similar in every profession. The business side, and the tools around it, are not. So the Platform comes in editions. The Method, the lessons and the engine stay the same in every edition. Each edition adds what that profession needs for its daily work, its coaching and its development.

The Method itself is open to any licensed professional whose work depends on conversations with clients, on their own through Caveris Direct or through their organization.
◆Your data stays yours
Each organization has its own dedicated account on Caveris. AI is used only to write Reflections, Orientations and practice feedback. Client records and business figures are never sent to any AI model. Before a real conversation is sent, the page checks for details that could identify the client, so the professional can remove them. Read the Privacy Policy.
