The Method is learned the way any skill is learned: by study, by practice, and by looking hard at real work. The Platform gives each of those a place, and connects them.
◆Lessons, in order
The Method develops a professional through three arcs, each with several phases. The lessons follow that order, and each one ends with a short check. A phase is finished when the professional can be seen to work differently, not when its ideas have been explained. Read about the three arcs.
Classes can also be bought one at a time, and each one stays yours. See plans and pricing.
◆Practice with nothing on the line
Work through a practice scenario, or a role-play of your own, and get a Field Reflection back in four sentences: the signal, the read, the move, and one question to take into your next conversation. Practice is included on every plan, as often as you like. Start a practice conversation.
◆Reflections on real conversations
Write up a real conversation with a client. If it has ended, you get a Reflection. If it is still going, you get an Orientation, and when it ends you close it out and get the full Reflection. You can answer five short questions, or write it in your own words. See which form fits.
◆What a Reflection leads to
A Reflection can point you to the lesson that addresses what it found, and to a practice scenario on it. So a real conversation leads back to study and to practice, and the next real conversation shows whether the work has changed.
◆The pattern over time
Across many conversations, a pattern appears: where your instincts reliably serve you, and where you tend to move before you have fully read what is happening. It is kept with your conversations. In an organization that provides Reflections, your coach sees your Reflections and the pattern too. Reflections you add with your own personal upgrade are yours to share or not.
◆What the engine leaves to you
It orients. It does not decide. It names what it noticed and what the signals appeared to support, and leaves every judgment with you.
Try it on a practice conversation
You need only your name and email. Your first 3 Reflections of real conversations are included.
