Before you send

Before you submit. If your submission describes a real client — a live conversation or a success story you are recalling — remove the client's name and anything else that could identify them: address, property, price, employer, or any detail unique to their situation. Changing the name alone is not enough. For roleplay and practice there is no real client. Refer to the person in the scenario as the client — but do not name the colleague who played them, or include anything that identifies that colleague.

What happens to your submission

You are signed in, so this submission is stored on your own Caveris record and your account is attached to it. It is not anonymous and it is not held apart from your name. If you have a coach at your organization, they can read what you write here. If you do not, no other person can — your work is read by Caveris and by the AI coach that responds to it.

Caveris, LLC stores your de-identified submission and uses it to generate your Orientation. Along with what you write, the AI receives three facts about you: how long you have been licensed, how many times you have submitted before, and which Method lessons you have finished. It uses them only to fit your Orientation to your experience. Your name is not sent. De-identified submissions are kept as part of the set Caveris learns from, where they help develop, evaluate and improve the Caveris engine. By submitting, you grant Caveris permission to use your de-identified submission for those purposes and, if implemented in the future, to train Caveris-owned AI models. Processing runs on Claude, by Anthropic, under commercial API terms: the provider does not train its models on your submission and retains API traffic only briefly before deletion.

Coach-approved cases may be published as anonymized teaching cases. We do not sell submissions. We record which version of this notice your page was showing when you submitted, so that what you agreed to is part of the record rather than something reconstructed later.

If you tell it as prose rather than answering the questions. Your words are stored exactly as you wrote them and are never edited. A model reads them once, to lay out three of the answers and to write two questions that only you can answer — where you think your client's thinking is, and what you are considering doing next — it is not reading the conversation, not coaching you, and not adding anything you did not say. You are then shown the three to correct and the two questions to answer. Your Orientation is generated from what you confirm and answer and never from your original prose, which is kept only so that what a model made of your words can be checked against the words themselves. If the model cannot produce a draft, nothing is stored at all and the page says so while your text is still in the box.

What you keep, and what you grant. You retain ownership of the written narrative you submit. By submitting, you grant Caveris a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute your de-identified submission — which on the route where you tell it as prose means both your own account in your own words and the answers you confirm and give — for the purposes described above, including publication as an anonymized teaching case and including through publishers, licensees, and Caveris-certified instructors. The Orientation, analysis, classifications, metadata, editorial work and any other material Caveris creates from your submission remain Caveris’s own work. You remain responsible for complying with your legal, contractual, licensing and organizational confidentiality obligations, and with your obligations to your client.

Before you submit. A filter on this page reads what you have written and lists anything mechanical that could point back to a person — a name, a street address, a price, an employer, a phone number, an email address, a listing or record number. It does not block your submission and it is not meant to: it is a request, and the button stays live whatever the list says. Most of what it finds can be made general rather than deleted — “their budget” for a figure, “the property” for an address, “where she works” for an employer — which keeps the shape of what happened and drops only the pointer. Anything you remove here is never stored. This filter looks for mechanical details only. It cannot flag a detail that identifies someone by their situation — a two-year search in one particular neighborhood, a job move only a few people know about — so finding nothing here is not the same as a de-identified submission. That judgment stays yours.
